Non-Refundable Items

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the item(s).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse refunds if the returned items do not meet the conditions stated above.
